contract position with view to permanent
Rostered over 7 days a week for Night Shift 11pm - 8am
Must be ready to start asap
A high standard of English both verbal and written is essential
Ability to supply
email-based support in French, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Polish or Italian would be highly desirable

This is an entry level role providing email based support to our global clients for our award winning software. Any previous software support experience will be very highly regarded, especially within the field of enterprise solutions and IT helpdesks. Full training and continuing development provided.
Please note this is a position with an interesting and challenging balance of sales/customer service duties as well as Level 2 technical support.
Does this describe you?:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Outstanding written skills
General IT skills and a familiarity with MS operating systems and the Internet
Previous experience in a helpdesk/contact centre environment highly regarded
