Bonjour, Pour tous ceux qui, comme nous, doivent prouver leur relation (visa 457, de facto, ...), voici une liste de preuve que notre agent d'immigration nous a envoyée. Nous sommes en train de réunir les preuves pour notre visa. Dans notre cas c’est un peu particulier car on n’a pas de preuves « classiques » (bail aux 2 noms, compte en commun) alors on va essayer de proposer d’autres éléments (relevé de téléphone, photos, …). Si d’autres éléments que ceux de la liste sont acceptés, je vous en ferrai part. De votre coté, si vous êtes passés par la et que vous avez fourni des documents "hors liste", vos propositions sont les bienvenues. Merci et bon courage à ceux qui font leur visa. Evidence of cohabitation to support your application to remain permanently in Australia on spouse or interdependency grounds : The following points may assist you in demonstrating to the department the nature of your relationship. Please note that this is a guide only – you may have other forms of documentary evidence which you may wish to forward. - Evidence of shared accomodation, for example, joint ownership of housing, joint residential leases, joint rental recepts, joint household expenses, eg, telephone, electricity accounts. (Please note that if you have changed address, you should provide fresh evidence of your joint living arrangements whith your nominator at your new address as well. - Evidence of joint financial commitents, foe example, joint assets and labilities, sharing of income, operation of joitn bank accounts over a period of time. - Evidence of public recognotion of the relationship between you and your nominator - Evidence that you have declared your relationship to other government bodies, and commecrial / public institution or authities, and their acceptance of your declarations if these exist. - Terms of your will(s), if they exist. - Evidence of official and/or private correspondance addressed to you and your nominator jointly or individually at your common address. - Letters (and envelopes) exchanged between you and your nominator during any separation. - Photographs of you and your nominator which prvide evidence that you have celebrated events together and have shared interests ans activities regulary over a period of time. These should be clearly dates, captioned ans be accompanied by a writte, explanation. - Evidence of joint participation/membership in sportign, cultural or other activities and organisation. Provide certified copies of any original documents you want to onclude, i.e. copies that have been authorised as true copies by a person before whom a statutory declaration may be made. Uncertified copies are not acceptable. |
