A mon avis, ce version est tres bon....
mais lorsque j'etais une nouvelle australienne ici....c'etait un peu de cauchemar!
I mean, that as an Aussie with several years French writing/reading experience, it still took me many many days to find my way around, and without help from Marc, I would have been very lost indeed. It's good that there was the English interface (though I took rather a while to find it becuase I couldn't read technical stuff very well in French at all).
My suggestion is this: that if you do want more Australian francophones (and I don't know if you do or not) I think you need more 'English option' explanations, especially when signing up. And maybe more help needs to be given to them when they get stuck and don't understand things. After that sign up point is completed, it is a lot easier and they can probably find their own way and learn as they go.
And the dossiers - if you had room on your site, maybe some of them could be bi-lingual at some stage? Mon groupe de L'alliance Francaise avait beaucoup d'interet....we really enjoyed them....but it still took us (some of us with advanced French) about 15 minutes with 8 of us working together to be able to translate and thus read an article, in some cases.
I think most Australian Francophones would just give up after a few minutes and say 'trop difficile'.
