Four Frogs Crêperie is a newly established, fully licensed, busy French crêperie in Mosman, with a focus on providing traditional, authentic crêpes and galettes with excellent service.

We are working in a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the restaurant has 40 seats with a high turnover during the weekend.
We are looking for a full time, dedicated Manager with experience in the restaurant industry to join the team (12 employees) in our Mosman restaurant.
The successful candidate will have:
* Attention to detail and high service standards
* Relevant experience in a similar position
* Excellent communication skills
* Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
* A positive attitude and enthusiastic personality
* A desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry
* Experience in managing labour costs, food costs and profit/loss
* Knowledge of food safety procedures and other compliance obligations

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage and ensure the day-to-day running of the all shop, supported by the head chef
* Manage and motivate the team
* Provide excellent customer service
* Ensure all customers receive the Four Frog’s restaurant experience
* Adhere to all company policies including food handling and OHS
* Manage labour costs for the restaurant
* Manage food costs for the restaurant
* Manage bookings
* Do the weekly roster, and work with the accountant for payroll and tax documents.
* Report to directors
Salary is competitive. Performance based bonus negotiable.
