Salut à tous,

Pour ceux qui on réussit leur visa, pouvez vous me dire :?:

QUI ? Vous a fait les copies :?: :?:

L'ambassade m'a répondu qu'il fallait que ce soit quelqun en rapport With THE LAW....mais quand on lit les prescriptions, y'a pas grand monde qui peut le faire.....Moi, j'ai un huissier de Justice :mrgreen: , mais c'est pas simple quand même alors je cherche une solution de repli :? ...

Est-ce que la police municipale peut le faire?
La mairie ?...autres ?

si tu es en France la mairie peut le faire (ils ont obligés de le faire pour des formalités de type visa) en plus c'est gratuit

si tu parles des certifiés conformes tu peux effectivement t'adresser à ta mairie en leur précisant que c'est pour une administration étrangère.
C'est ce que j'ai fait.

Comme ils te l'ont dit c'est la mairie qui peut faire des copies certifiees conformes, la police municipale je pense pas en tous cas moi ils avaient refuse et m'ont envoye a la mairie. Et c'est passe sans probleme a l'immigration ici, signature + tampon officiel de la mairie ils ne contesteront pas

Person je me suis déplacé à Berlin avec les copies (non certifiées conformes) de tous les originaux que j'avais en ma possession.

Le "case officer" s'est contenté de garder les photocopies (simples) pour leur dossier vu qu'il a vérifié les originaus lors de la remise des documents.

Normalement si tu te conformes a la liste de Berlin, si tu n'est pas marié, la seule pièce certifié conforme a faire c'est l'acte de naissance.

C'est etonnant que la "case officer" a vérifié les originaux(factures,impots....) lors de la remise des documents, car si tu ne te déplace pas directement a l'ambassade et tu fais la demande par courrier on te demande uniquement des photocopies (sauf bien sur le casier judiciaire).

Donc si tu dis qu'il a demandé a voir les originaux, il faudra que lors de mon RDV au mois d'octobre je ramene les originaux de tous les photocopies que j'ai effectué!

Police clearance certificates from your country of usual residence, and any other country where you have lived for more than a total of twelve months during the last ten-year period.

Your own birth certificate.
If children are included in your application, their birth certificates.
If your children are from a previous relationship, you need to include a statutory declaration signed by the other natural parent of the children in the presence of a notary public consenting to the child(ren) migrating to and settling in Australia.
Evidence of your sponsor's Australian citizenship or resident status.
(This could be a citizenship certificate, a copy of their Australian passport or a copy of their birth certificate or a copy of their Australian permanent residence visa.)
Your marriage certificate, if applicable
Notice of intended marriage, if applying for a fiancé(e) visa.
(This should be issued by a registered marriage celebrant in Australia and it should also indicate the tentative marriage date. The document should quote the celebrant's registration number.)
Divorce decrees and evidence of custody arrangements, if applicable
Military discharge certificates, if applicable.
(All applicants who served in any Armed Forces within the last ten years should provide one of these certificates.

Your passport and the passport of anyone included in your application (copies of the personal details page and information about the issuing authority).
A sample of photographs showing you and your sponsor together at various occasions. Please do not send us more than ten.
Evidence of co-habitation. (For example, a joint rental agreement, joint local authority registration under the same address, utility bills appearing in joint names, etc.)
Evidence of contact during times of separation. (For example, itemised telephone bills, printouts of your E-Mail inbox folder, envelopes which contained your personal correspondence, etc.)
Evidence of joint travel and social activities. (For example, club memberships at the same club, boarding passes showing joint travel, joint invitations to celebrations, etc.)

Please do not send the following items as part of your application:
Phonecards
Videos
Photo Albums
Individual personal E-Mail messages to each other

You may be required to provide extra evidence to document your relationship, but please do not do so unless we write to you specifically asking for more information.

Please do not place your application in a folder, use plastic pockets for storage of your documents or staple documents together as this slows the processing of your application

4. Health Clearance

All migrants going to Australia have to have a full medical examination, a lung x-ray (if aged 11 or over) and an HIV test (if aged 15 or over). Please refer to our list of panel doctors for details of the nearest doctor to you.

5. Valid Passport and Return Envelope

Your passport should not be enclosed with your visa application. It must, however, contain at least one blank page and we shall ask for it once we are ready to issue your migration visa.

Par sécurité je te conseille de te déplacer avec les originaux et les copies, "just in case" ...

parce que les infos que tu as donne sur les copies officielles et non officielles pour un visa de facto etait exactement ce que je cherchais l'autre jour! C'est vrai que sortit du contexte c'est pas evident...

Pour ma part, je suis allé chez un notaire et je lui ai expliqué mon cas car à la mairie ils n'ont rien voulu savoir...

Le notaire a appliqué son tampon et sa signature et m'a certifié ainsi une vingtaine de papiers... tout ça gratuitement! J'ai dû tomber sur un notaire sympa... Mais je pense qu'une telle opération, qui peut généralement être réalisée par ses secrétaires, ne devrait vraiment pas coûter trop cher...
