VISA DE FACTO


Photocopies a donner :

Your passport and the passport of anyone included in your application (copies
of the personal details page and information about the issuing authority).

A sample of photographs showing you and your sponsor together at various
occasions. Please do not send us more than ten.

Evidence of co-habitation. (For example, a joint rental agreement, joint local
authority registration under the same address, utility bills appearing in joint
names, etc.)

Evidence of contact during times of separation. (For example, itemised
telephone bills, printouts of your E-Mail inbox folder, envelopes which contained
your personal correspondence, etc.)

Evidence of joint travel and social activities. (For example, club memberships at
the same club, boarding passes showing joint travel, joint invitations to
celebrations, etc.)

Copies certifiés:

Your own birth certificate.

If children are included in your application, their birth certificates.

If your children are from a previous relationship, you need to include a statutory
declaration signed by the other natural parent of the children in the presence of
a notary public consenting to the child(ren) migrating to and settling in Australia.

Evidence of your sponsor's Australian citizenship or resident status.
(This could be a citizenship certificate, a copy of their Australian passport or a
copy of their birth certificate or a copy of their Australian permanent residence
visa.)

Your marriage certificate, if applicable

Notice of intended marriage, if applying for a fiancé(e) visa.
(This should be issued by a registered marriage celebrant in Australia and it
should also indicate the tentative marriage date. The document should quote
the celebrant's registration number.)

Divorce decrees and evidence of custody arrangements, if applicable

Military discharge certificates, if applicable.
(All applicants who served in any Armed Forces within the last ten years should
provide one of these certificates.

Sponsorship Obligations
1. The sponsor undertakes to assist the applicant to the extent necessary financially during the period of 2 years immediately following the applicant's entry to Australia. This may include financial obligations to the Commonwealth arising from the applicant's stay in Australia.

2. It is the sponsor's responsibility to ensure that the applicant complies with Australian employment laws and the conditions imposed on the applicant's visa.

Evidence to substantiate the sposorship obligation statement may include copies of:
o bank statements, investment portfolios
o property deeds
o work contracts
o evidence of professional qualifications
o prospective employment offers
o support from family with appropriate evidence

Je voudrais poser une petite question. Il semble que la vitesse pour obtenir le VISA DE FACTO varie considérablement d'un dossier à l'autre. Certains l'on avant même de parler, d'autres en deux heures, d'autres en un mois, d'autres en trois mois et d'autres sont morts avant même eu le temps de recevoir la réponse.

Ceux qui ont obetnu le DE FACTO pouvez vous si vous le voulais bien répondre à ces deux questions

1- En combien de temps après avoir déposé le dossier avait eu le VISA DE FACTO.

2- Comment avez déposé votre dossier :
a - Envoi par la poste,
b - En prenant un rendez-vous avec un agent de l'immigration au service de l'immigration
c - An allant deposer votre dossier au service d'immigration sans voire un agent.
d - Autre méthode ? laquelle ?

En fait tout depend si ton dossier est complet ou non...

Idealement toi et ton partenaire allez directement au DIMIA ou vous prendrez un ticket et ferez la queue. Au bout d'une heure (allez, pt'et un peu moins) vous allez vous retrouver devant un agent qui epluchera votre dossier et vos preuves et tentera de discerner dans votre comportement si la relation a l'air reelle ou suspicieuse...

Par exemple, ma femme et moi nous nous sommes chamailles devant les agents (il se trouvait par hasard que 2 d'entre eux etaient la) pour des betises typiques de couples ce qui les a bien fait rire et rassures que nous etions bien maries

Vu que j'avais un visa touriste, ils m'ont fait un Bridging Visa sur le champs et j'ai ete convoque pour avoir mon Temporary Permanent Resident Visa 10 jours plus tard. Je ne me souviens plus bien mais je crois qu'il me manquait un document, sinon ils m'auraient peut-etre delivre le visa sur le champs

Par contre, le Permanent Resident Visa (valable 5 ans ) n'est delivre que 2 ans plus tard, apres avoir passe un nouvel entretien pour confirmer que la relation est toujours d'actualite.
