I think you figured out most of them, but just in case:
A++ or A+ is a short one for 'A plus' which translates to 'See ya'. Sometimes, people put B- instead of A+ just because of lame joke on blood groups...
mdr is 'mort de rire', lol in english (which I'm not sure of the full expanded form anyway)
tlm is 'tout le monde', 'everybody' in english
bcp is 'beaucoup', 'a lot' in english
tjrs is 'toujours', 'always' in english
But it's just the same for us when reading english speaking groups (not that one, though). It's definitely quite hard to pick up those stuff:
