Voilà, je viens de récuperer un portable que je voudrais utiliser ici. Le problème est qu'il est de vodafone et moi j'ai une carte optus (prepaid).
Quelques uns d'entre vous savent-ils si je peux trouver des endroits dans Sydney où je peux le debloquer (pas cher...)? Je ne sais si Vodafone ou optus peuvent le faire ou si je dois le faire "au black", si oui, où ça?

Fonefix, ils ont un magasin a Bondi Junction. Je crois qu'il y en a d'autres.

J'avais paye 25$ pour debloquer mon portable (apres une courte negociation)

Vodafone can only unlock phones purchased from a Vodafone outlet in Australia.


Your handset may be locked to the Vodafone Australia network. If you wish to use your mobile on other networks, Vodafone will supply your handset unlock code.

There may be a charge associated with unlocking your handset.

The unlock code can be obtained online via the vodafone.com.au/unlock website or by calling Vodafone on 1555 or dialling 1300650410 and selecting the handset unlock option. Both options require you to have a credit card to make the payment. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners.

By requesting to have your handset unlocked online you'll save $25 on any unlocking fees.



The unlock fee is structured as follows:

A basic fee of $50 to unlock the handset at any time, reduced to $25 if you obtain your unlock code using Vodafone's website at vodafone.com.au/unlock.
Plus additional $50 to unlock you handset within six months of purchase.

Important Information about unlocking iPhone:
iPhone unlocking online is coming soon. Until this service is available online you can unlock your phone by calling Customer Care on 1300 650 410, or 1555 from your mobile if you’re an existing customer.(for Customers on $20 & $30 Plans and $29 Jumbo Cap, there is a $2.50 flat fee for enquiries to a Customer Care agent not related to bills, charges or billing services. Call cost is free for all other Plans) iPhone unlocking incurs a $75 unlocking fee.
