Our client is looking for a Food and Beverage Director to coordinate and manage entirely the operations of Food and Beverage while maximising profitability and meeting customers’ needs. Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be actively involved in management meetings and will be expected to perform financial and human resources duties, as well as provide excellent customer service in a very renowned establishment.
This role requires:
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality
- Previous track record in managing Food and Beverage operations
- 10 years experience in the industry
- Previous experience in 5 stars hotels
- Good planning, time management and organisational ability.
- Good communication skills
It would be highly regarded if you have previous experience in Europe, especially in France.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing
- Regular liaison with maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
- Managing and guidance of outlet staff
- Establish and maintain on going training programs
- Implement and promote the company’s vision and values
- Establish financial performance targets
- Assist in the development of the annual financial business plan and financial budget
