Notre client est une société minière internationale qui commence des opérations de production de nickel en Nouvelle-Calédonie et recherche un superviseur gestion des contrats.

Ce poste, en contrat à durée indéterminée de chantier, est à pourvoir rapidement.

Le titulaire du poste sera affecté sur le site de Nouméa.

Directement sous l’autorité du Responsable Logistique, ce rôle inclue la supervision de l’activité contrats pendant la phase de construction puis la phase d’opération de l’usine. Vous vous assurerez de la bonne application des procédures en place en matière d’appels d’offres, d’attribution et d’administration des contrats.

Dans le cadre de votre mission quotidienne, vous aurez comme tâches :
- L’évaluation des risques encourus
- La gestion de l’équipe d’administrateurs de contrats placée sous votre responsabilité
- La mise à jour permanente des bases de données relatives à l’activité contrats
- La transmission de l’ensemble des rapports nécessaires
- La participation à la maintenance de la base de données contractants/fournisseurs

Pour réussir dans cette position, vous devriez être titulaire d’un BAC + 3 minimum et bénéficier de 4 années d’expérience dans le développement et l’administration des contrats au sein de projets divers et de préférence au sein de l’industrie minière. Une expérience d’administration de contrats de construction dans un milieu français serait un atout.

Votre bonne maîtrise de l’outil informatique (Word, Excel, gestion base de données et d’outils de planification), votre pratique courante de l’anglais et vos bonnes connaissances des conditions et de la réglementation au sujet des contrats telles que pratiquées en Nouvelle Calédonie vont vous permettre d’intégrer une petite équipe dynamique en pleine expansion.

Idéalement vous possédez de très bonnes capacités d’organisation et de communication (orales comme écrites) et un esprit d’équipe.
