The Asia Pacific Contact Centre for the frequent flyer arm of a major European airline has decided to move to Sydney! In a brand new office in the heart of Sydney's CBD, they need 12 Customer Service Representatives to be part of this exciting new team.

To be successful for this role you will need to be fluent in Japanese and/or Korean and/or French (speaking, reading and writing) as well as having great English communication skills! The role will involve taking inbound customer enquiries over the phone along with responding to email, faxes and post.

Training starts May 28th and runs for 4 weeks full-time, Mon-Fri, shifts will then be rotating from Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm

Previous travel or ticketing experience is a bonus however not essential.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Establish procedures and processes, with in the existing NEMMCO environment, for the smooth running of the Australian Wind Energy Forecasting System (AWEFS) phase 1 implementation project.
• Manage the day to day activities of the project against the approved plan and budget, dealing with and / or escalating issues as required.
• Provide regular reports to the project director and NEMMCO AWEFS contract manager on the status of the project against plans and contracts in place.
• Manage project and contract related issues and monitor the financial aspects of the project.
• Prepare agendas and take and prepare minutes of specified meetings and monitor the status of action items flowing from the meetings.

The ideal applicant, you will have:

• Broad experience in the areas of project coordination, contract management, risk management, finances and scheduling; some IT project management is desirable.
• Experience organising meetings including agendas, minutes, and monthly reports.
• Flexibility to accommodate business needs of after hours communication with international organisations, which flexible working arrangements would allow provisions for some hours working from home for after hours international contact.
• Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through;
• Some French/German language ability would definitely be an advantage but is not mandatory.
