Due to our significant growth, we now have multiple positions available in our Customer Support Services for people who are computer savvy and also know how to provide the best customer service in the following shifts:
Evening Shift: 2pm - 11pm
or
Night Shift: 11pm - 8am
Your key responsibilities will be to provide 1st level support to our global clients for our award winning software via inbound e-mail, phone and live chat.

Ideal candidates will possess:
-A high level of Customer Service skills within a call centre environment
-Excellence in written and verbal communication skills
-Intermediate level of computer skills
-Previous experience supporting technology-based products highly desirable e.g. software/hardware
-Knowledge of computer shortcut keys for maximum efficiency
-Technical / Windows environment knowledge is a plus
-Ability to provide support in French and English is highly desired
Please note this is not a Technical Support position, it is entry level Customer Service. Training and continued development will be provided to successful candidates.
