Our client is an International company, Australia’s leading global technology organisation providing support and solutions to customers. Its head office is located here in Brisbane CBD.
Our client’s Desktop Service team provides exemplary service to their customers in a 24x7 Service Centre. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing first line technical support, being the initial point of contact for all customers. We are currently seeking enthusiastic team players that are motivated to provide customer service above and beyond expectations.
Salary package dependent on experience. Other benefits include study assistance, professional membership, training activities, and development opportunities in other managed services specialisations.
To be eligible, candidate must have 3+ years IT Helpdesk experience.
Written and spoken fluency in both English and French is preferable.
Candidates must possess the following skills and experience :
- Experience with NT4 and Windows 2000 domains; Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 environments; Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems
- Experience with Office 97, Office 2000 and Office XP, Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP
- Strong administration and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Written and spoken French fluency is preferred
Please note : This position will require your willingness to participate in a shift roster involving non-business work hours, on a temporary to permanent basis.
