Visa Coordinator International - Mineral Resources Company, Major project focus Brisbane based A challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a migration specialist to work with the client's project team for a major international mining company. (France / Australia project). The role will encompass coordination of visa processes for temporary Australian residents and visa and work permits for New Caledonia, including: - Managing the visa process, together with identification of process improvements; - Checking compilation of applications prior to submission to Consulat Général de France; - Establishing and updating a register of all applications; - Monitoring timeframes for timely processing, including audit schedule; - Liaison with internal personnel and external contractors on relevant visa issues and updates. Ideally the person will have appropriate experience as a visa specialist in a medium to large corporate environment. The candidate will need excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform effectively under the heavy workload conditions that occur during major projects.
