Bonjour a tous,
Je viens de recevoir l'offre de la boite avec laquelle je suis en contact pour un travail sponsorisé en 457 et a ma grande surprise ils me parlent de Fixed term contract et non CDI:

"The Term will be for a fixed term of three (3) years. If the employment of the Executive by the Company continues beyond the Term, then this Agreement will automatically extend until Visa expiry. During the extension period, those terms of the Agreement that only apply during the Term will be varied with mutual agreement to reflect those that are described in the standard local Executive Service Agreement at the time"

Est ce que c'est lié au visa 457 qui n'est pas permanent? c'est courant ce procédé? qu'en pensez vous?

Hello !
Perso je pensais qu'en 457 c'était toujours un CDD qui était signé. Vu qu'il s'agit d'un visa temporaire, ça ma parait logique. Nous on a eu un CDD en tout cas (enfin 4 CDD de 6 mois à 1 an enchainés en fait).
Donc je ne peux pas t'assurer que c'est toujours comme ça mais c'est au moins une pratique courante. ;)
